The pack features mesh base, pigskin suede overlays, and details on the tongue that call out the distance between their respective planets and the sun, it pushes the boundaries of time and space. Although it’s not meant for this world, you can rock it Earthside, anyway.

Saucony remains the brand I vote “Most likely to break through”. With Yeezy out of the picture and still seemingly overpriced although Ye is no longer involved in the adidas prepared releases being discussed on sneaker sites, Saucony is a making a real effort to land fans of the New Balance, retro running trend. Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing collections and pairs the brand quietly rolled out and overlooked at the end of 2022. The first selection is the Planet Pack featuring four sneakers representing the flight into the heavens and missions to Mercury, Mars and Venus. When compared to New Balance, adidas and other lifestyle driven brands, the cost of these makes them a lot more accessible and the narrative behind each features an Easter egg showing the distance from the Sun to each planet.
