Comme des Garçons HOMME PLUS is the most experimental menswear brand designed by Rei Kawakubo. The foundation of the collection is always based around traditional garments such as suiting, shirting and classic outerwear like crombie coats, trench coats and pea coats. Kawakubo challenges herself to create a new vision for men every season in playing within the legendary codes of classic menswear, and achieves this through deconstruction, distorting the silhouette and blurring the lines between genders.
