Refund policy

We DO NOT issue Refunds. Returns for Store Credit or Exchange only.

Online Returns:

If your purchase doesn't quite meet your expectations, we're pleased to facilitate exchanges or provide store credit for the item's value within 7-10 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange/return process.

Returns made for store credit will incur a deduction equivalent to the courtesy shipping amount (if applicable)

You may send your return using your local postal service or a courier. Please note that we DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse or the cost of re-shipping items for exchanges.

We highly recommend having this parcel sent back on a tracked service and retaining this tracking information so you can follow the parcel back to our warehouse.

For any returns, please ensure the items are in pristine condition: with tags attached, unwashed, unworn, and still in their original packaging.

Footwear should be sent back in their original box, enclosed within another sturdy box for shipping purposes. Headwear and socks are ineligible for returns due to hygiene considerations, unless there is a defect in the product.

We are NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

In-store Returns:

Within 7-10 business days of receipt, our in-store team is ready to assist you with exchanging unsuitable products or providing store credit equivalent to the purchase price.

Stepney Workers Club.

Returns made for store credit will incur a deduction equivalent to the courtesy shipping amount (if applicable). 


Once your return has been received and processed, our credits will be sent to you via email or on a physical gift card if return/exchange was fulfilled in-store.

They have no expiry date, and can be used in-store and online.

Credits are NOT ELIGIBLE for use on Launch Product items.


Once you've placed an order, a receipt confirming your purchase intent is automatically emailed to you. However, please note that this receipt does not constitute a contract.

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly submit a cancellation request within 1 hour of placing your order by replying to your order confirmation email. We are unable to accommodate cancellation requests beyond this time frame.

We retain the right to cancel an order under various circumstances, including insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Should any of these situations occur and your credit card has already been charged, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed accordingly.

Launch Product Items (noted on product page):

All Launch Product items purchased are considered final sale and CANNOT be exchanged or credited. Refunds are solely applicable for items identified as faulty.
