You can enter this competition via the Jmksport?launches app (“App”) by logging in, joining size access, navigating to the relevant launches page, entering your date of birth, a valid delivery address and postcode and valid payment details to pay the £1 entry fee (“Entry Fee”) which may be donated to Sacriston Youth & Community Project. The competition will open on 5^th New Styling 2018 and close on 7^th New Styling 2018 (“Entry Period”).

1. Entrants must be 18 or over, with a registered Jmksport? account on the App;
2. Signed up to Jmksport?access membership and logged in;
3. Entrants may enter the draw as many times as they want;
4. Entries are not transferable.

The winners will only receive the Prize (as described in section 1 below) if we are able to process payment using the details provided.

Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this competition you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the competition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the competition. We, JD Sports Fashion plc t/a Jmksport? (“Jmksport?”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Jmksport? is the promoter of this competition.

1. access sale early access?

There will be 4 (FOUR) winners who will win 1 (ONE) of the chosen Vault Picks draws (the “Prize“).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. Jmksport? has been able to contact the winner and has been able to confirm eligibility). Jmksport? has the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Jmksport?. Jmksport? shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), Jmksport? is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

2. Clarks Originals Wallabee?

It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Jackets & Coats?

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a with a registered account on the App and a valid address and postcode. If we are unable to suppose any of your details, your entry will be void and you will not receive a refund of the Entry Fee. Entrants must have access to the internet. Entries are not limited to the amount of entries they can make.

Jmksport? reserves the right to ask the winners (if applicable) to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the Jmksport? group (www.jdplc.com/our-group), or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter the competition. Jmksport? reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Step 1: Log in to the Jmksport?launches app.

Step 2: log in or join Jmksport?access if you are not already a member (more information on size access here)

Step 3: Locate the Jmksport?launches: draw page with the Vault Picks Draws (“Draw Page”).

Step 4: Enter your date of birth, preferred payment method, valid payment details and a valid delivery address and postcode on the Jmksport?launches: Draw Page during the Entry Period. We cannot amend your details after entry.

Step 5: Answer the competition question that appears on the App.

Step 6: Pay a non-refundable £1 (ONE POUND) entry fee via debit or credit card only.

Step 7: If you have won, we will be in touch using the contact details you provided with your entry to confirm your win.

5. Closing Times

Any entries received after the Entry Period will not be valid. Jmksport? accepts no responsibility for entries damaged, delayed, or incomplete, or not received for whatever reason, and is not liable for any technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent participation in the Promotion. Jmksport? reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify without notice any individual who it reasonably believes has acted fraudulently, tampered, or attempted to tamper with the operation of the prize draw or acted in violation of these terms.

6. Donation

Entry Fees, up to a maximum of £15,000 (fifteen thousand pounds) will be donated from Jmksport? to Back On Track Manchester Charity number: 1017467 via The JD Foundation (charity number 1167090) and any additional proceeds above £15,000 will be donated from Jmksport? to the JD Foundation.

7. Nike Air Max 90?

The winner will be selected at random based on the pool of the entrants that correctly answer the competition question at step 4 of the “How to Enter” section. The decision of Jmksport? is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves). The winner will be notified within 48 hours following the closing of the Entry Period via email. In the event a winner does not respond to Jmksport? to confirm that they wish to accept the Prize within the 7-day timeframe, Jmksport? reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive his/her rights to the Prize.

8. Delivery and Returns

We will deliver the Prize via recorded delivery.

Jmksport? will not offer a replacement for the Prize under any circumstances (including but not limited to non-delivery).

9. Winner’s Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the ‘How to Enter’ section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age promptly upon request (minimum age 18); (iv) adhere to local laws in the territory in which the winner resides; and (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of Jmksport?. Jmksport? will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

10. Personal information

By ticking the appropriate opt-in box(es) you agree that you will be opted in to receive regular communication from Jmksport? (and its affiliates). Jmksport? will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by Jmksport? 11. Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, Jmksport? will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering into this competition except where it is caused by the negligence of Jmksport? Your legal rights are not affected.

12. Publicity

By taking part in the competition, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at Jmksport?’s request if they are a winner of the competition. Entrants agree that Jmksport? (or any third party nominated by Jmksport?) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

Jmksport? reserves the right to: (i) withdraw the Prize if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner; and (ii) blacklist from future competitions any person who enters, or who Jmksport? believes has attempted to enter, the competition more than once and/or who Jmksport? believes is engaging in, or is found to have engaged in, dishonest or fraudulent activity.
