Jmksport? x Hyde PPH giveaway Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this Giveaway you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the Giveaway. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the Giveaway. We, JD Sports Fashion plc t/a Jmksport? (“Jmksport?”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. Jmksport? is the promoter of this promotion which is run in conjunction with Hyde Park Picture House (73 Brudenell Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS6 1JD) (“Hyde PPH”)

1. What can you receive?

Jmksport? have donated £1,000 (one thousand pounds) to Hyde PPH for Hyde PPH to use to provide a showing of the movie “Home Alone” and or popcorn (at Hyde PPH’s discretion) (the “Pay It Forward Budget”) (the “Giveaway“). Entrants may receive a free showing of the movie “Home Alone” and or one (1) serving of popcorn (“Showing”) It is your responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Showing.

The Giveaway is subject to availability. Jmksport? have the right to change, alter or withdraw the Giveaway or any part of it at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Jmksport?. Jmksport? shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Giveaway or Showing. Jmksport? are not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by or in relation to the Giveaway. Jmksport? are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway. If any part of the Showing is not claimed (for whatever reason), Jmksport? is under no obligation to supply an alternative Giveaway. The Showing is administered by Hyde PPH.

2. What is excluded from the Giveaway?

It is your responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Showing.

3. New Balance 990?

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Jmksport? reserves the right to ask entrants to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of Jmksport?(http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this Giveaway are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. Jmksport? reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the Collection will be invalid.

4. Converse Chuck Taylor All Star

Entrants can collect the Showing by visiting Hyde PPH, located at 73 Brudenell Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS6 1JD on Sunday 3 December 2023 at the viewing time of 1 pm (UK time) (as stated in paragraph 5 below) It is your responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Showing (“Collection” and/or “Collect”).

No purchase is necessary to Collect the Showing. One Showing per person only.

5. Closing Times

The Giveaway will commence on Sunday 3 December 2023 at 1 pm (UK time) and will end on Sunday 3 December 2023 at 3 pm (UK time) or until the Pay It Forward Budget remains. Any attempted Collection(s) after this date and time or after the Pay It Forward Budget has been used will not be valid.

6. Your Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to: (i) Visit Hyde PPH during the period set out above in paragraph 4 (ii) to Collect the Showing; (iv) adhere to local laws in the UK; and (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. Jmksport? will not be liable to the entrants or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Showing.

7. Publicity

By taking part in the Giveaway, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at Jmksport?’s request. Entrants agree that Jmksport? (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Giveaway and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

JD Sportsreserves the right to withdraw the Giveaway (or any part of it) if you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
