The Waffle One is a modern take on the classic Waffle Trainer from Nike. The shoe features the waffle sole, but it’s given a modern take with a nod to Beaverton 1972. Throughout various sections of the upper is the EST. 1972 nod to the Waffle and Nike. On this version you can see clearly the nods behind the heel tab, on the tongue and schedule is even a subtle underlay of mesh at the toebox with perforations. It’s an interesting take on the Sacai from Nike.
