I’m never one to pull my own chain and look for accolades. As a matter of fact, I’ve tried to hire people to do PR for me on a number of fronts, but the outcome was never that great. As man years that I’ve been at it in business, I’ve seen people with smaller narratives gain a lot of coverage both locally and nationally. While it would be nice to get a lot of coverage, when it comes it’s always a humbling and incredible experience. I guess the thing I realize now is that when someone discovers you and what you have done, it feels great to be recognized. A big shout out to legendary stylist Rohn Padmore for taking the time to feature me in an interview on his Fahionista magazine. It was a big deal for me and I’m thankful for the opportunity to be heard.
