When The Last Dance dropped in 2020, Jordan sat back with his cigar and dad jeans, with an unknown Jordan 1 on his feet. This wasn’t the traditional 1 with the amazing color blocking in the Bulls colorway. It was a shoe that looked as if it belonged on a tennis court. The all-black model didn’t cause a stir, but sneaker blogs did explain that the model was named the Centre Court. The model is the perfect dad shoe. It’s simply with a premium aesthetic. The shoe features the Jordan Wings stitched in leather around the heel, a court line similar to the Defiant is around the heel. The upper has a creased leather look similar to the Shattered Backboard. It’s an interesting model for a person looking for a classic style from Jordan Brand.
